Fast & Simple Banana Spice Smoothie

This nourishing smoothie uses kefir and banana to help fuel you throughout the day.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups vanilla kefir
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • teaspoon ground allspice
  • 12 ice cubes
